Consistency at Scale

Consistency at Scale

Craft quality, commercial scale.

Producing one exceptional harvest is an achievement. Producing exceptional cannabis consistently is a business. That’s the challenge Legacy is being built to solve.

Our growing platform currently brings together three British Columbia production facilities with approximately 4,500 kilograms of combined annual production capability. All while maintaining a cultivation philosophy rooted in quality and the craft heritage associated with Dunn Cannabis.

Operating across multiple facilities creates both opportunity and responsibility. Greater production capacity allows us to serve larger customers and develop long-term commercial relationships, but scale only creates value when quality, consistency and reliability grow with it.

As Legacy grows, our objective is not to replace the knowledge and individual attention of experienced cultivators with mass-production thinking. It’s to build the systems, standards, and commercial infrastructure around great cultivators. This allows exceptional flower to be produced more consistently and supplied more reliably. And that means continually improving:

Cultivation Standards
Building repeatable practices while respecting the requirements of individual cultivars.

Production Planning
Aligning cultivation schedules, harvest cycles and available capacity with anticipated customer demand.

Quality Systems
Creating consistent expectations for documentation, testing, product handling and release.

Operational Discipline
Using information, processes and accountability to improve performance across facilities and across the organization.

Strategic Growth
Adding facilities, capabilities and partners that strengthen the Legacy platform without compromising the standards behind it.

Together, these systems allow Legacy to coordinate production across a growing cultivation platform while maintaining the flexibility and attention to detail associated with craft cannabis.

For our customers, that means greater visibility into available production, more dependable supply and the ability to build commercial programs around consistent access to quality B.C.-grown cannabis.

Our ambition isn’t simply to produce more cannabis.

It’s to prove that exceptional B.C. cannabis can be delivered consistently at commercial scale.
